Important information about arrangements for membership of AHES and iHEA

Members of AHES are no longer required to join iHEA. AHES members who choose to join iHEA will be entitled to pay a reduced rate of membership for iHEA. This is US$10 less than the full membership rate for iHEA. AHES members who are either joining iHEA for the first time, or are renewing their iHEA membership, should remit their dues for iHEA directly to that Association indicating that they are financial members of AHES and paying the reduced rate. Membership of iHEA also provides the opportunity to purchase low-cost journal subscriptions. All iHEA membership application and journal subscriptions should be conducted via the iHEA Web Site: http://www.healtheconomics.org

For the last few years, the Australian Health Economics Society (AHES) and the International Health Economics Association (iHEA) have had an arrangement whereby membership of AHES automatically entailed membership of iHEA. From 2004, these arrangements have changed. Membership dues for the two Societies are to be paid separately to each Society.
